Exchange & Refund Policy


If you are not entirely satisfied with your Homewood Candle, we're here to help!

ScentSwap™

If your new candle doesn’t pass your initial sniff test, you shouldn’t be stuck with it. With our 30-day ScentSwap™, you can exchange any candle that you do not like with another candle of the same size and type (different fragrance category permitted).

To be eligible for a ScentSwap™, your Homewood Candle must be unburned, undamaged, and it must be within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased your candle.

Simply contact us at admin@homewoodcandles.com and provide your order number, candle size, the fragrance that you are exchanging, and the new candle fragrance that you would prefer. Then, ship your candle to Homewood Candles, 2805 Milford Square Pike, Quakertown, PA 18951.

Once we receive your candle, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your ScentSwap™ after inspecting the item and send you your new candle within 3-5 business days.

Returns

To be eligible to return your Homewood Candle for a refund your candle must be unburned, undamaged, and it must be within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased your candle.

Ship your candle to Homewood Candles, 2805 Milford Square Pike, Quakertown, PA 18951. Once we receive your candle, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund and, if approved, will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 days for the funds to process with your bank.

Shipping – Returns & Exchanges (Scentswap)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
