Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Homewood Candles, we're here to help! We have a 10-day, hassle-free return policy, and we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. (Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.)

If there’s any feedback you want to send our way along with your return, we’re all ears. We <3 improving.

To be eligible to return your Homewood Candle for a refund your candle must be unburned, undamaged, and it must be within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased your candle.

Ship your candle to Homewood Candles, 2805 Milford Square Pike, Quakertown, PA 18951. Once we receive your candle, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund and, if approved, will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 days for the funds to process with your bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) that are not a part of the "Try For Free" Program. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
